I was just a little confused at the end. But I think you were trying to show that Aaron was having a dream ??? Is that correct ?

That's what it was Lion.....also it could be used as a stepping stoone for another peeps story. Could Aaron have powers like th moving the rock? OR...could he have some form of ESP? We on't know, and I liked that aspect of it.

I think it needed probably a little more clarification at the end then, like maybe keeping the dialog the same, but describe Claire picking him up out of the cradle or something?

Lion this was one of the harder things I've written. I just couldn't get what was in my mind out onto the papr. I think I'll make the ending better some time soon. I was thinking that same thing about the description of the setting , but I didn't know if I should have her picking him up or just rocking him.

Well, Aaron's daddy is her ex-boy friend. But if you're saying someone else steps up to thet plate, well, I won't put any inclinations I might think because I wouldn't want to accidentaly give any clues that may spoil it for anyboy. But I'd probably be wrong anyway........

It was the one thing I was always tossing back and forth through the whole time I was writing. Who is going to be the Dad? The one who finds Claire's heart, and also helps raise Aaron? I decided about that after re-reading it, and posting it in here.

it did leave a question open about dad... was aaron perhaps thinking of or somehow... thru projection or something... actually with his birth dad??... or is is someone else??? perhaps an other??

I thought the dad was Locke. At the end when Charlie says Aaron went to hang out with Locke, I assumed you wanted us to think Locke had become his dad.

It occured to me that Claie talks to Charlie and asks him if he'd seen Aaron. So, if he were the daddy, then how could he be with Aaron and talking to Claire too? Hmmmm............

Lioni, I like how in your story you keep bringing the different guys into the story making it seem like it's going to turn out to be that guy, but then he's just there to bring something to Sarah and the mysterious stranger.

I had a guy in mind, but I realized if I picked one of them that it would sort of blow it for my fanfic, so I left him mysterious.

Actually, once you see one of the other guys in the picture and you see them clearly and know who they are, then you know that out of the possible guys that it could be, none of them are it. So, the question is, of the guys it could be, who was missing?

BTW, was it clear enough with the whole Robert Burns thing who that was ?

It was a no brainer to have Jin serve the wine and Sawyer the strawberries!!
