The wrinkles just keep increasing. Who is behind all of this? Why Dan and 'Livia? What is the ultimate goal? How long can he just keep blinking out and maintain a semblance of normality? What other evil might be coming after him if he makes a mistake? Who was the FBI guy really working for?
I cried, "Oh, Lady Midnight, I fear that you grow old, the stars eat your body and the wind makes you cold." "If we cry now," she said, "it will just be ignored."

Well, I'm hooked.
Someone knows about the time travel. There's a Professor ( I can't remember what he does) Elliot Langley, he might be the key.
Indeed, Langley may be key. And it was cool to see Dan get a phone call in the past from someone who was obviously in the present. Hope to see that explored at some point.
This show may be a case of benefiting from the writer's strike. It is not pulling in big numbers but there is nothing in the pipeline to replace it. So not only may it not be canceled right now but it may be back for the next season as well since more lead time is required to get a new show up and running for next September than looks like might be available at this point in time.
Desmond_Pen: The conversation on Dan's cellphone in the past started out with Dan not realizing he was in the past. Sure, he knew he was there, but in the present he was trying to arrange a meeting with Langley. Then, in the past, Langley calls him about the meeting. Dan starts talking about it and at the end realizes, "Whoa, how am I talkin' to a guy in the present when I'm in the past?"
Langley hangs up before the question can be asked so this remains as an item of mystery.
Hope you fans caught the butterfly references in Monday's episode.
Dan changes the timeline so that his son Zach is now his daughter Caroline.
The change was caused by his inadvertent intereference. Like the wings of a butterfly flapping in South America might ultimately cause a typhoon by Japan. Or result in the movie The Butterfly Effect with Demi Moore's latest husband.
Anyway, both kids had drawn pictures of butterflies to show to their father.
