Oatmeal for breakfast. Panda Express for lunch. Half of egg on toast for dinner. A tortilla smeared with butter, cinnamon and sugar and nuked in the microwave as a snack.
For service I cooked mini ravioli's with mixed veggies in an alfredo cream sauce with tomato garlic feta cheese and red bell peppers. :)
Where'd you learn to make all that stuff?
That one was REALLY easy. cooked dry ravioli, added mixed veggies - zuchinni/ yellow squash/green beans/ carrots and then poured in ragu alfredo sauce. Mixed it all up. Then put in tomato basil feta and red bell peppers:)
I did loose about 4 or 5 pounds this week. I'm gonna finish off my lamb and taters. Then I'm gonna eat ice cream and then start off the week back to low carbbing it. I'm hoping to have access to the pictures from last nights outing.

The feta kind of makes it more interesting.
I don't thnk I've ever had feta cheese. Sounds yummy!

I scrambled two eggs and put some cheese in it then put it all on toast, but I only ate half of the whole thing. It just no longer tasted good at that point.

I feel like I just found out that my favorite love song was written about a sandwich.
Today, I ate an Oreo 100 calorie granola bar for breakfast, acheese nips 100 calorie pack for lunch, rice and a roll for what would have been dinner if the chicken had turned out, and I'm just finishing up a BLT minus the L, minus the T.
