i am at the inadequate stage... not learning enough fast enough... linda just started and we are learning together. she is a full ladc and doing the actual work but doesn't have the computer skills. i just want to do th work and my mentor, ray, just wants his filing done... i am learning the files but there is so much more to the job! frustration setting in.... i learn more by working with linda..she does like detail and doing things right... there are better weeks ahead....

much better day today! boss didn't yell at me for anuthing like yesterday when she told me no internet... i wass busy... didn't break anything... just had a client get mad... and another sat in group and tell me she had a great time! why am i worried?

thatks innocent!!! i shouldn't worry... yet... call it intuition... something ain't right... and i feel uncomfortable.... boss is not the most positive of people and is a micromanager... that's what concerns me... i have a tendency to clam up around micromanagers and do nothing for fear of making a mistake becuz with micromanagers anything you do without checking in first has been done wrong. i have spent my life making decisions and doing... checking in with someone just seems.... childish...
