Unfortunately dresses, espeically sundress aren't too flattering on me currently as they make me look like I'm pregnant and my arms don't have any tone or defenition to them. Although sundresses are very cute! I also have a problem with dresses and shirts that have waistbands that are placed a bit above the waist as my spar tire is more pronounced. Maybe when I get down to a smaller size. :)

Well speaking of the spare tire... I've started dieting again. A bit different this time. i'm doing something a bit more on my own. I haven't changed the things I eat really at all. I'm just trying to be very aware of eating 3 smaller meals a day, not hitting the soda as much, and then Angie and I have decided to try a new weight loss pill called "Alli". http://www.myalli.com/
I've been on this for 6 days or so, and I've been down as low as 7 lbs, but that was right away in the AM before any breakfaast ect.. I'm taking this on a much more relaxed setting than I did the last one. mainly because I got so fed up with the last thing. I lost a good deal of weight in that first phase, but hated having to keep going. I think this set-up will help me stick with it, and in the near future I'm hoping to get to the gym again. Even if my time there is only on the bike, and upper body stuff due to my knee. Overall I'm planning on going through the supply of the pills with Angie that we have, and then taking a week without them, but doing everything else the same to see if I'm going to gain back weight without the pills. i believe if I keep the rest of the routine in place I shouldn't gain anything back. If that is the case we'll buy more, and keep that part going until we hit our target weights. I hope that I can get down about 20lbs by X-mas. Before starting on this I was actually still down about 5lbs fromt he starting weight I was at during the last diet, and so I know with some willpower I can do this.

Ooo. Hope I'm not too late. Alli is the over the counter version of Xenical which just went nonprescription. Be VERY careful not to eat alot of fatty foods or you're gonna wind up in the toilet alot!!!!
I've known a couple of people to loose up to like maybe 15 or 20 pounds but they said it stopped working after that. So, just to give ya the heads up.
