good evening/morning all!!!!!!!!!!!

my feet hurt....Felix The Cat i spent too much...foot in mouth i definitelycat ate too much!!! but it was the state fair!!!bath and it was soooo much fun!i still need to unpack and review my new acquisitions!!!teddy bear

i had a shower tonight too! so nice to be cleansmile

my day was good! went to see one of my mom's friends, and then went to a thrift store!biggrin my mom's friend gave me a bathing suit for when i go camping in a week!aww the bathing suit is a nice blue two piece! it fits good and i really like it! can't wait to go swimming

They announced today that the rescue/recovery operation at the mine here in Utah that collapsed almost a month ago is done.

it is getting a little colder here but it won't get too cold for another month or so, it normally starts snowing around Halloweensmilebut it has been known to snow around this time of year here too

and the place i am going swimming at is a nature hot spring!aww it is to awesome there!

They kept drilling holes but could never find any sign of the men.  Then when that second collapse occurred, killing three men, they stopped digging through the rubble inside the mine.  Now they've decided to stop drilling holes and I guess they're just going to seal the mine off permanently.

what a sad story! it does remind you that life isn't always like the movies. the families must be devastated. i feel so sad for them.

And now is the point where the fingers will be pointed and the lawsuits will come out. The families won't know in this life how long their loved ones may have been alive down there. And it's going to be so easy for people to get mad that more wasn't done and wonder what could have been done sooner to reach them.
