It's ok. I'm getting frustrated because I get hungry really easy and it's easy for me to just munch to try to get rid of the feeling. I've gained back all that I lost. I'm hoping that as I get back on track with WW I'll lose. My main issue has been that for various reasons I haven't been getting in the usual amount of exercise that I do in a week. Then there's the splurging and such that I've done.
