I've actually not played COD4 in the last 3-4 days or more. I've actually been playing Assassins Creed the last few days, learned a little of how to play Carcassone, and then this past Sat night I spent the night from like 7PM till 1:30 Am with one of my friends playing Guitar Hero3 and getting drunk. Good time.
Looking forward to maybe getting a chance to play rock band this weekend if my friend bought it or is going to when we're down there.

Oh right... Assassins Creed. Gotta check that one out too. I should find out if my friends brother has it. I do want to play Guitar Hero too. So many games so little time!
Now I've got two friends who are pharmacy techs. My friend from N. Ca who was in town a few days ago, just got a job at the Target pharmacy near her. She's going to school and will possible go all the way to become a Pharmacist.
LIon I don't know anything about what happened, but I can say from the few things I know that like you said to me not more than a week or so ago.... You know we're here for ya if you need us.
On the testing side.. Is this a yearly thing you have to do to keep a certification or something like that?
IR... AC is cool, but very repetitive, nad one player to boot. Not much beyond the first few hours IMO.

I would highly suggest that anyone spending that much to be a pharmacy tech go ahead and go for pharmacist. There's just no need to go to school and all that just to be a tech.
Well it's definitely a lot to process! I really can not begin to know what you are going through right now but I know you will get through it. Have you talked to your niece any more?

I have two certifications to keep up with. The State is yearly and then the PTCB is a Nationally recognized certification that is renewed every four years. The latter is the one I've got to get renewed.

I talked to my neice friday hoping to get phone numbers but she sounded irritated or something - I dunno. She said to call her if I found out anything. That will be a tricky situation there, but I'll figure it out. I don't want her to think I'm the enemy now too.

I think that's what she's thinking as well. She'll get a better idea if it's right for her once she starts working. I definitely could see her as a pharmacist though.
IR it's pretty fun. You can play with up to like 6 people online I think, but i have no idea on just the system. I'm still learning, but it's fun even then. It's one of those games that you can pick up and get into after a few matches, but you can also get very into it, and learn how to play at a higher level if you want. The old... easy to learn, but never master kind of games. Good for a few people together though IMO.
My neice doesn't know where she is. Per my mothers request. So, I have to figure out what to tell her without telling her what I know so far and make it sound like I'm the enemy now.

Looks like something my friends and I could get into. It'll have to go on the list!

Oh. So she has only talked to her on the phone? I'm confused... why would she think you're the enemy? It's ok if you don't feel like explaining.
LIon.. maybe you could just tell her that you have been told that she's in a home and she's ok, but htat you haven't been told anymore than that either. I know it sucks lying like that, but if it's in the best interest....

remember, she was who I got the information from intitially. She didn't know where my mother was because my aunt and uncle weren't teling her where she was or anything, just that my mother requested for her not to know.
But I now know somewhat more than she does, and Sunday, I didn't get to talk to my mother not because she didn't want to talk to me, but because the physical therapy makes her so tired.
So, because my mother is open to talking with me, my niece might think I've turned on her or something. She assumes that she's being blamed for abandoning her because it's her father who abandoned my mother like that.
The fact that I talked to my cousin and got a good bit of info and I'm getting updates might make her feel even more excluded.

That's what I'm thinking. I mean, I won't be lying if I say I don't know where she is because I really don't.

Oh, I understand now. I was thinking it was your niece, not your cousin who you got the update from.
