The only reason I bought my iPod was because I had all the money I got from graduation. I wouldn't have been able to get it otherwise.

ON the Ipod thing. IR I would say that yes the actual "Ipodis the best choice, but I have an rca mp3 player, and if you don't need to watch movies on a 2-3 inch screen than going with the apple product is more a matter of brand preference. love my RCA MP3 player. I have been using it for near 7-8 months, and haven't had a problem. The cool thing is that for as easy as it is with an Ipod it's not any harder to hook up the RCA. I can still use Itunes etc... but I normally use the windows media player for my stuff because I have my cpu running in conjunction with my 360. I can listen to all of my music that's on my PC through my 360 when I'm gaming. The RCA I have I'm using mybe 1/4 to 1/2 of the memory (can't remember right now) and I've got well over 250 songs on mine.

That's good to know, thanks! I definitely don't need/want movies or videos. Just music.

I also was using money from gifts when I got mine. Now that I think of it I've had mine almost a year. I got mine around my birthday last year.
Paints that's actually why I got mone was to use at the gym. To bad I'm so F'n lazy. I should go more, but I just don't. I'll have to figure out something with that though. After my surgery I'm going to need to do some rehab, but I'd rather do some on my own to help speed things along.

Goodnight sleep.gif Paints.

IR the best part of my RCA is that it was only like $75-80. I've seen decent ones for $50-60 on sale that'll hold like 2gigs, and for anyone like me that will change tings in it just to change it that's more than enough. 2G is something like 3-4 hundred songs depending on the size of the song.

I was meaning to ask people if they think I should leave the BG alone or if I should add a banner also. I added the Treehoue name to the BG this time, but I'm not sure I like it. The BG did turn out better than I had thought it would though. i didn't know if the images blengin in the name would work as well as it did.

I don't think it needs a banner. It would cover too much I think and I like the Lost with the images at the top.

Yeah that would be kind of weird. I wonder if they would just continue season four in the fall though since they probably were planning on starting season five next jan/feb.

Yeah that's one reason I want one.

So you definitely need surgery? Will this be before or after your vacation?

You'll prolly be writing the alphabet in the air with your foot, standing on a block with your heels on the floor and the front of your foot up on the block to stretch the tendons, walking on an unlevel surface, walking on a treadmill sideways(at PT of course) , using a rubber doohickey as resistance for strengthening.

I think that they'll just release the S4 dvds in a small 2 disk or maybe 3 disk set that'll have the season, and the extras. If they do that I'd expect it to be at least $10 cheaper than a regular season though.

I will be having my prelim meeting on the 5th of Feb, and then set up the surgery for like the week or two after I get back from Cnacun. I wasn't going to mess up my vacation. I will just wear my brace as much as i can. I know I'll be ok for the times here or there on the beach etc... I just have to pay more attention to what i'm doing when it's not on. I do actually have two of the rubber doohickies already. From my initial visit when it got messed up not long ago.

As for the $30 MP3 players at walgreens I'd be a bit leery of those. Chances are it'll be like the $30 digital cam we got Kala for Xmas. It wasn't worth the package it came in. We ended up returning it, paying another 30 ourselves, and Kala added her 40 from Xmas to get her a really nice Canon instead. Better to pay for a good one that she'll have for a long time instead of a crappy one that'll need to be replaced next year.

On the other hand, my digital camera (From Walgreens) is the one I've used to make the two nonlost videos for YouTube:)

hmmm.. GPX isn't a terrible brand. I know that the stereo we got Kala for Xmas was that brand. It was on sale on Black friday, and we got it for like $35, it has a cd player, cassette player, and it also has a USB port to hook up MP3 players. Worth it for her in her room.

You'd think it wouldn't since there's no bars or anything like that. It's all nylon with some velcro. It basically slips on like a sock, laces up like a boot, and then the staps go around and under the foot to help lateral support. Then the last thing is a stretchy neoprene strap that velcros over fomr side to side to hold it al in place. It works great, butis' a bit of pain having to wear it for 10 hours a night here at work.

One of the best sales too is always like those first few hours on Thanksgiving. I don't remember  what the sale was for Black Friday. I find it difficult to find stuff with the cassette deck in them.

Sounds different from what I had to wear. Mine looked kind of like a ski boot. Metal thing under the foot, open toed and straps over the top of the foot.

Going to pick this up this weekend. I hope maybe tomorrow, but if not for sure this weekend. I've only been waiting for like 10 yrs or so for anything like this.
Plus to hear Lucy Lawless voice one of the great characters along side Kifer Sutherland doing "The Best" and most bad ass wizard ever. I should already have this.

Llion I have one of those also. I wil have to wear that for at least 2-3 weeks after I'm betting. I hope maybe only 2 though. I will be seting things up for a leave and using some sick time for at least 2 weeks I'm thinking after the surgery. I will know exactly how long after I have my consultation. I hope i don't need to go longer than 2 weeks out. I know i'l be on light duty again after that for a while, but that's fine. i just don't want to waste all of my sick days on this one thing.

Ah that does sound like it would be hard to wear for so long. hmm Glad it works though!
