I cried, "Oh, Lady Midnight, I fear that you grow old, the stars eat your body and the wind makes you cold." "If we cry now," she said, "it will just be ignored."

OK, from what I had been reading the last couple days it was already being said we'd see the whole season if they ended the strike before the end of Feb. I had heard that from a couple other sites outside of DSG posting it here last night.
So cool. At least i know I'll get a whole season of Eureka when it comes back.
I don't know about next week's Ugly Betty being the last new one they had but it wouldn't surprise me. The DGA agreed to a great deal with the producer's guild which hopefully will put enough pressure on the producers and the WGA to get back to the negotiating table so this strike can end soon.
Director's Guild of America. All three big guilds, the DGA, the WGA (writers) and the SAG, are set to re-negotiate contracts this year. The WGA was first. We are witnessing what a disaster that was and is. The DGA just finished negotiations. I don't know when the SAG is set to hit the tables with the producer's guild. If SAG strikes a deal with the producers then there will be immense pressure on the WGA to end the strike and negotiate with the producers.
