Only, who knows why he's suddenly become an assasin for Ben. hmm

I hope there's some kind of redemptive something to it. I can't believe what Ben can convince people to do ... yeesh.

sayid, more than anything, is loyal to his friends... i think he realizes that there is someone needed to keep them safe from whoever is out there wanting the oceanic6 to disappear.... people who ben knows and also wants out of the picture... sayid may also realize the specialness of the island and the need to keep it a secret... he will do anything to protect...even kill... or work for ben.

i'll have to rewatch this... i don't remember it as indenturement.... but sayid doesn't do well when told what to do... he puts his own spin on things. his loyalty to his friends would convince him to do this of his own free will... but i will watch again and get another viewpoint if it is there

Although Jin wanted to do good, he wound up doing very bad things because he was between a rock and a hard place and under Paiks thumb with no other choice. So, he was Paik's slave.
