Right, but the truth coming out about what really happened on the island and Aaron not being her son doesn't break any parol restrictions. She has to see her parol officer and not leave the state. If she doesn't abide by those she goes to prison. But you can't retry the same case with new evidence. You can create a new case from a different charge, but not the same case once it's settled.
And we think the baby is Claires, we don't know for certain. I mean, it's pretty obvious that it is, but we aren't 100% certain.
I don't think the producers would make Kate have a blonde baby named Aaron and not have him be Claire's just to mess with our minds.
plus, the fact that Jack was highly uncomfortable with the idea of seeing him. I truely think he would have sucked it up and gotten over it if the baby was Sawyer's if Sawyer was still on the island, but just the fact that it he looked so uncomfortable and guilty about her having the baby made it seem as if it was a dishonest act, another secret they had to cover up.

I dunno ... I just don't buy this whole smokie takes over peoples bodies thing. For instance, Ecko's brothers body was already decayed down to bones.
I'm thinking the idea is that Smokie is able to take the shape of people and even animals.
The interesting thing to ponder is, it doesn't seem like much time passed since Emi left and Ecko got on 815. I mean, the girl caught him at the airport, the one who supposedly drowned and then came back to life in the morgue?

Now, if the island is ahead of the outside world, then time slows down for Richard every time he leaves the island and so when he gets back, he seems the same age and everyone/everything else is older. Richard meets Ben when he's a boy, leaves the island for a few days, comes back and Ben is a grown man. But how that will explain Walt's growth spurt, I dunno.
