Ain't no accountin, as I heard someone say once.
BTW, silly me, I used the wrong yeast in the bread.
The bread had a tasty flavor, savory and all, but it was hard and rubbery. I was supposed to use a type of yeast that's called instant or bread machine yeast and not dry yeast you have to activate with water. Oh well. Trying a second loaf in just a bit.
Don't forget to change your clocks!
