That was cool they did that. I saw her on Regis & Kelly this morning. She's doing good!
Oh Syesha ...such a beautiful voice but why does she have to scream all the time!!! I mean, seriously ... if I called one of you guys up in the middle of the night and screamed "HHHELLOOOOOO MY FRIEND!!!!!!!!!" You'd probably call the police!
Gosh .... I think this show has sped on and left poor Jason behind. I think he just feels out of place with all this music he doesn't recognize or relate to.
Okay ... I had just plopped back down, and was casually munching on a fried wonton ... the camera honed in on David Cook. He strummed his guitar, lowered his head and looked soulfully in the camera and started crooning something about something something you. I couldn't really hear him because of the way he was looking at me. And then my wonton broke and fell between my boobs.
Who'd ya vote for? I'm afraid for Jason this time. I think the bottom three will be Jason, Sayesha and Brooke, unless they mess with one of the Davids and stick him in the bottom three and then call him back after making him sweat.
I think Brooke will be called back and either Jason or Sayesha will go. I got a feeling it will be Jason though.
I dunno ... I just felt really really bad for Jason. He picked a terrible song for his second, and I think he knew it from the beginning. Such a shame because he really has potential ... I dunno if he wants to go for it like he thought he did at first. Maybe he hadn't expected to be in it this far, or maybe this stuff is really just too far over his head. I dunno.
I'm starting to kind of feel Brookes vib the past two or three weeks. Though she flubbed the Avita, I felt that that particular song was her in every way, and the second song tonight was as well. These other songs she's tried to do have really been a bit ... I hate to sound like Simon ... dreadful. Like, remmeber a while back when she tried to put this country ho down thing to this song that was far from it? It was sooooo horrible!
But I honsetly think she is a very contemplative type of person and she really just wants to be validated, seen and acknowledged.

Exactly ... she threw song interpretation straight out the window. There are big songs, ones that require big vocals and larger than life singing. This song was not one of them. This is a tender, soft and intimate song. It's comperable to whispering sweet nothings ... Gah, if you did it her way, your poor partner would never be able to hear again! Why do some people equate powerful singing with yelling? I just don't get it
