what is the weirdest meat you've ever eaten?

i've had turtle(when i was like 5, don't remember what it tasted like), alligator jerky( a little weird), bear( again, haven't had that since i was young, don't remember it really), and lion jerky( carnivores taste really odd). i think that's it for weird meats for me
