hey Snootch the bowling was good i did pretty well, won both game again Jesse and his friend but i had the bumper things and they didn't, so it doesn't really count
It still counts. Meh.. slept, but not enough. I decide to avoid being without a 360. I have picked up 3 OT shifts in the next months time. I'll be going Mon. to buy a new 360. not sure if I'm getting a PRO again or not though. I think I'll just get the arcade since it's cheaper, and I can still use the hard drive from this one on it anyhow. Then I'll be keeping both. I plan on using the one I'm sending to MS as my "traveling" machine. I have ben taking to a friends house off an on a lot lately, and I figure it's better to have it that way instad of unhooking my main one all the time. Plus Kala and Angie will have a machine to play whenever they want to then. I still have a feeling I'll end up selling the old unit at some point though. I don't know for sure yet. Have you been playing yours much?
I cried, "Oh, Lady Midnight, I fear that you grow old, the stars eat your body and the wind makes you cold." "If we cry now," she said, "it will just be ignored."

sounds like a plan
i haven't played my 360 in a month at least, just haven't really been in the mood for some reason
Wow. I honestly can't imagine going even a week. I think that's why I was much more ready to take a couple OT shifts than I have been. These 3 shifts are the first ones I've done OT wise in about 3 months or so. I don't know if I would have if I didn't want a new 360.
BTW.. I'm sure it's old news here, but I'm trailing a bit in the LOST area again. I heard that we are getting an extra episode.

yep!! a 3 hr finale over 2 weeks!!! i could dig up some other news on what's to come....
I've been reading bits here and there. Mainly TV guide kinda stuff. I'm again keeping away from spoilers as much as I can. I'm sure that'll change when the show comes back, but it's nice to stay away for a little while.

Okay .. well, I just came home from having a FABULOUS night!!!!!
First, I went to a birthday party for a friend of a friend. Well, it turns out to be in the auditorium of a Jewish Synagog, and it's like setup with a stage and there's entertainment and wine and stuff in the back. So, I'm sitting there, and I see this guitar that looks REAL familiar. And then this guy walks up and I see the back of his had ... a mass of red curls and I think .. I KNOW that head!
TUrns out to be the owner of the Irish Pub I spent many many many hours in since 1992 until Katrina!! I haven't seen him since the flood! Well, gosh it brings back so many memories! and he is also the one who recorded the song I wrote on one of his albums!
Well, he likes engaging the audience and enticing them to sing along. Well, I as always, know all the songs! So, I'm singin along and then we get to a part in a song ... Snootch would know this one ... called Molly Malone. It starts out a group of people singing and then they get lost when he repeats the verse ... and then there's this voice - me, singing all alone. And then suddenly Danny stops and stares with this "wtf" moment and then realizes it's me! His whole face lights up and then he has me sing my song right there in the middle of the audience! I stand up and everyones looking at me and I'm singing! WooHoo!!
So, when we break to cut the cake and have wine and smooze, people come up to me left and right complimenting me and asking me if I sing professionally, do I have a cd.
Then, it's later in the evening, and there's been several performances including this guy who plays and sings cajun songs with his accordian, and then my friend is up again. He's singing this moderately paced song, of which I can't remember now because as I'm sitting there alone watching the couples sliding aroundf on the floor, the VERY cut cajun dude slides up and holds out his hand and asks me to dance!!!!!!!
And though he had the most beautiful blue eyes, I had to watch his feet the whole time, and glanced up here and there just to catch his eyes. I was waltzing with this guy having the time of my life!
