I am doing laundry again and trying to get my apartment in order and trying to figure out what to pack and hoping to find somethign to wear to the banquet!!

Ick! I have so little time now! I'm due at work for 3pm tomorrow, but I need to get to the Red White and BLue store to see if I can find a dress. But I need to finish getting the apartment in order, and get the cat's food, change his litterbox ... pack, find my stupid spare key to give to my freind who's going t0 come and check on Israel for me. It's NOT looking good for the key - I can tell ya that right now. I wasted a day today because the stupid RW&B store wasn't open and my freind made me think it was. It rained and we had MAJOR street flooding. I had Walmart as an option, but I couldn't get to it because the water was so high. Wound up eating at Piccadilly's and then coming home. But I got sunberned because it took the bus an hour and a half to get to my stop because of the flooded streets. So, my arms are burning right now while I'm trying to be productive. I also left my own keys on the bus and thought I wasn't going to ge tthem back, but they wound up still in the seat I'd left them in, wedged in between the seat and the wall. I was so tired when I got home at like 2:30 that I couldn't get anything sone. So, I slept and didn't wake up till about 6pm.

Hi Aisha!

Lion, sorry you're so stressed out.  I'm glad you got your keys back.  My mom thought she'd lost a set of her keys and a week or more later she and I are headed to a store and as we get out of her truck a guy comes up and says "Are you missing some keys?"  They'd fallen down behind her rear bumper and gotten hooked on something.  She was so relieved to have them back.

You know it's a sign that your mom is really, really tired when you go into the refrigerator and find she's placed the bottle of excedrin in there.
