Hey IR! How's your weather there?

Upper 80s here today. Without A/C that's pretty blistering. It's 68 right now so it's not bad any more. Oh well. If I don't hear from Olive Garden here soon, I'll go home for the summer and just come up here when I have my week-long class at the end of July and then return when the semester starts at the end of August.

Yeah it is hard without a/c. Will you keep your apartment or do you have to move your stuff out?

That's the beauty of the plan.  I've paid to live here in my apartment through sometime in August.  I'm assigned to live here until December.  I'll get another housing assignment in October or so which will place me here in this same apartment  (unless I cancel my contract before I'm assigned a spot).  So I get a place to store all my crap.  I don't have to move it down four flights of stairs just to go home for a couple of months and I'll have a place to live when I come up for my class.  This is, of course, if I do leave for the rest of the summer.  But if I did go I wouldn't die of heat.

It is.  I'm just worried that if I go too long living without the A/C in a hot environment I'll get sick if I move home to where it's nice and cool all the time.

Aisha took a break so I could read. I never did go to bed, but I was watching tv. I love air-conditioning. It only gets down to about 75 degrees here at night. And muggy.
I miss Lion. She gets back Weds night
