she is kind and caring and concerned for her co-Losties... she has that independent streak that keeps her going.... what is there about her that we don't know yet??
I am having trouble with this one. Season 3 should be involving her being preggers, but in real life I'm thinking she's going to be huge by the time they start shooting. So how do they hide this? They do have them (Sayid, Jin, and herself) on the boat so I geuss hide her on behind the sails or maybe have her down below in some way...just finding ways to keep her hidden till she pops. Now after that though. I think we will (like LL just stated) see a new and rejuvinated Sun on the show. She will become one of the defato leaders during the absence of Jack, Kate, and Sawyer. Also with Locke, Eko, and Des in the hatch during the "eruption" I'm thinking that her skills as a natural healer, and her knowledge of herbal medicine will be needed now more than ever. So I don't expect any less than to see her shine, and along with Jin learning more "engrish" they will help keep things running while the things elsewhere go all nuts.

i think there is alot more to sun than what meets the eye... her knowledge of herbal remedies... so unusual for the daughter of a rich man and the holder of a degree in... russian literature, was it?? think of this... she was raised in the countryside... perhaps is actually her father's daughter but not his wife's daughter... or perhaps she was raised in the countryside to protect her from something (dharma??) it was there that she grew up learning how to survive... how to make herbals that cure...

I'm really starting to wonder about the widmore test... It could very easily be a fake (placebo) that is used to see how a woman reacts to being told she is even when she isn't. More mind game from the island and Hanso/Dharma/Widmore (I will from now on refer to this group of companies as "Hadmore").
Yea, but they've talked about when they will reveal who's the father. I think she really is pregnant. I wonder though. They did some really subtle stuff, but I am seriouslt suspecting if she and Michael didn't do something they shouldn't have done. How long was Michael the only one to know she spoke English? She id some pretty subtle things to indicate she was a woman secretly rebelling against her oppressive husband. The wlak on the beach with the bekini and how she let loose that towel/blanket/wrap whatever it was and let it fly away in the wind as if to indicate a newfound freedom and release. She unbuttoned the top of her blouse because she knew he didn't like it. Michael ... MR. I don't care about anybody but me and the possession of my son - who by the way, does anybody know how old he really is? - jumps to her defense like a knight in shining armour. Then when they all leave on the raft, they hug goodbye, but is the awkewardness in which they embrace that of two people who are unaccustomed to physical contact, or is it that of two people who are apprehensive because they don't want anyone to know that they've been intimate? Her whole face lit up when he returned from his crazy one man rescue into the jungle. It's suspicious at best....

I'm interested to see how long it was after the death of Jae that the crash happened... that could help determine if her infidelity was the cause of the baby or if it was island lust...or if it was Jin.
I kind of hate the fact that they made the obvious happen. It was obvious that they were more than just teacher and student, even before they showed them in bed together. I find that sort of sad. There was no real twist to it. Except for the fact that Jin didn't know about it and beat the crap out of him because he was ordered to do it. You think he would have kille dhim if he had known? I kinda think so. Also, it was a slight twist with the body flying out of the window, ubt then you already knew that the Dad sent people behind him to finish what he started or to make certain he did his job right. So, I expected Jae to be dead.

i don't think jin has murder in his heart.... i think he knows how easy it is to love sun and want her and he would love her too much to hurt something else that she cares about... even if it is another man.... i think he knows the baby may not be his but also loves his wife enough not to dishonor her... and he will see the baby as his no matter whose it is...
I've been thinking on this baby thing a bit more. She didn't take the test till 40 days or so into the time on the island (maybe a bit longer). So with that being the case I'm thinking that (from a guts knowledge you know) she couldn't have been carrying Jae's kid. The only way at all for that would have been if they were getting on the plane like the next day after all this happened and we knw that isn't the case. She was at the funeral, and I'm thinking they didn'thave it the day after he died. So that revertsthe baby back to 2 (from what we can geuss) guys that it might be. The most possible would actually be that it is Jin's. ince they had there little trist once he got back from the raft and with the tallies.Then there's the Michael thought...did she again have a moment of infidelity? She's shown that she has it in here that when she's being treated badly by Jin that she looks for comfort elsewhere.

what kind of slut are you making her out to be??? just because it happened once doesn't mean that adultery will happen again... forget about michael!! remember the reason for her staying with her husband in sydney... and the flower that he gave her when he thought he was able to start a new life with her away from daddy!! this is a couple that loves each other and wants to be together... 40 days... six weeks... one missed period and a couple weeks of waiting to make sure... sounds feasible... or, if it is jin's, 30-35 days would be all that is needed...
Sorry LL. But having been in a relationship that had me being in Jin's position (being cheated on not the beating down people for a chicks dad)
The first time it happened I went along with the circumstances and stayed because (I was a retard) I thought it was the one I was going to be with forever. 2 years later it happens again...then again 2 more times after that. I didn't listen to my friends and stayed through it all because "I LOVED HER".. When in actuallity it was her nature to cheat. I found out since this ended that I wasn't the first guy she was with that she had cheated on. i gave her my trust over and over in the name of love. So yes it's very possible that Sun and Michael got jugy with it. I would like to see that it was Jin's baby, and that it's all flowers and sunshine, but I've seen the dark side of this situation, and know that it's not always like that. Even when there is "LOVE" involved. I have no doubt that Jin ans Sun have Love for one another. He wouldn't have done everything he did for her father had he not loved her, but if she was willing to find comfort in another man once it's very easy to look for it again. The reason she fell into Jae's arms to begin with was because she was tired of the way Jin was controling her......how was Jin acting towards her not long after the crash??? The same way..almost worse in the fat that he could be around much much more to make sure she was following his orders.
