imagine a tv/movie character and how they would play into the island if they were a character on LOST...
example... gene wilder's willy wonka... would have been living in the hatch and sent an invitation to walt to join him and the oompa loompas in creating new and delicious candies to delite the children of the world!!

Lets put MONK in the losties camp....


Have him running around sweeping the sand out of his tent all day. Trying to keep his hands clean means seeing him in the background of most beach scenes running back and forth to the ocean to wash his hands.

With Mcguyver there they would also have the best tents ever. His knowledge of the thousands of uses for "DUCT TAPE" would have things sealed up nice and tight.

Teal'c would be convinced that the others were really Goa'ld. He would also be training everyone in jaffa combat. Then there's the issue of the head tattoos.....

I think we can all agree that the island needs Homer Simpson also. You never know when you'll need a crash test dummy for something. I mean think about it....send Homer in to the OTHERS camp. He will either screw something up and destroy their place, or he'll find out some info..they'll capture hi, and realize he's no threat. They will let him go back, and he can inform the rest of the group about them.
