K - let me show you guys soemthign and maybe you'll get what I'm saying. This is the pic of Jack with the grass replica of the plane. He's demonstrating the crash. It's not clear in the pic, but it is over the campfire that he and kate are sitting at. he is holding the plane in the air over the fire. Then he crashes the plane in the fire.
Still not a good enough shot, but here is Sayid now demonstrating the plane crash with a torch flying it over the campfire and then he crashes it into the fire...
