I'm kinda thinkin that that skull is not a polar bear. I'm leaning a little in that direction. I'm not gonna guess outright, butI just looked at a bunch of them and all of them seem to match up pretty technically to the detail, whereas the one in Lost has a shorter front, and the teeth are different with a larger underbite. Looks like the jaw is set just a little differently. I'll have to guess that either it's not a polar bear, or they just made something close enough but didn't care to have something that matched in that much detail.
