I'm looking at episode 2 pictures of Moonlight, poor Mick
What happened in that episode?
I can't remember exactly what happened but I think some crazy guy shot him several times with some special kind of bullets
this guy that Mick had attacked 29 year or so ago got out of jail and was hunting Mick, knowing that he is a vampire. near the end of the episode he shot Mick with silver buckshot and was about to burn him to death with a torch when Beth came to the recue and shot the guy.
Mick somehow got back to his appartment, still with the silver in his back and was drinking blood out of a bag when Beth came in, worried about him. Mick is all vamped out, eyes blue, fangs out, blood running down his face(Beth doesn't yet know he is a vampire) and he doesn't want to face her. he tells her to go away but she won't. finally Mick looks up at her, eyes still icy blue and tells her what he is.
my poor brother. he just came into the bedroom to tell me that he set a mousetrap in the kitchen and not to step on it and he looked ready to fall over, swaying and such. he had a long day at work today, he really should have been in bed hours ago
No ... we demand he go to bed and leave Kate alone!

Well, M'Dears ... it is I who must say goodnight. Dunno where Des and Aisha went .. but nighter to them as well ... I shall dream of a foot massage by Sayid, while beeing fed grapes by Faramir, and serenaded by David Cook. Daniel, of course shall stand in the middle of the room for eyecandy ...

I cried, "Oh, Lady Midnight, I fear that you grow old, the stars eat your body and the wind makes you cold." "If we cry now," she said, "it will just be ignored."

INteresting that you chose that ebcause I did this recap of The Man Behind the Curtain and I hadn't rtealized the first time around that Ben's mother's apparition was dressed up just like Alice ... granted a very creepy Stephen King version ... but still.
I also had an epiphany after reviewing Greatest Hits. If the island knows certain future events, then it knew Charlie would be the one to make the island accessible to the outside world, but changing the block in the Looking Glass.
So, Desmond got these flashes of Charlie dying, and he was meant to die because the island needed him to die in order for it to be saved. It was a "sacrifice the island demanded" and Desmond interfered with that by always saving Charlies life.
Maybe that's why Boone died too? Because he nearly came close to communicating with the outside world?
